How to book
Once you have decided to engage our services, you will need to check on the availability of the date you require, subject to their being a unit free, you may if you wish make a provisional booking, however this will only be held as long as the date has no other enquires, you may then be required to commit yourself.
Confirming your booking
To secure your booking you will be required to write & confirm the date. A contract will then be issued this must be returned within seven days. Failure may result in losing your date. A contract for a basic show will be issued i.e. the minimum fee, if you are not able to say what your team requirements will be.
Payment
Payment in full will be required on the day of the event. All fees are subject to VAT @ the current rate.
Price structure
We have a minimum show fee this is for a show of up to 9 teams of ten people; fees then go up according to the number of teams you would like to participate. (See price list for current fees).
9 teams of 10 approx. 2½ hours.
12 teams of 10 approx. 3 hours.
15 teams of 10 (2 shows & a final with top teams from each heat.) Approx 4 hours.
18 teams of 10 (2 shows & a final with top teams from each heat.) Approx 4 ½ hours.
24 teams of 10 (2 shows & a final with top teams from each heat.) Approx 5 hours.
27 teams of 10(3 shows & a final with teams from each heat.) Approx6 hours.
Maximum per day 54 teams requiring 2 units.
Special requests
These can be highly individual and therefore after discussing your needs we would then be in a position to supply a quote.
Cancelation
Should you find that it is necessary to cancel a date for which you have signed an agreement, a written cancellation will be required. We will make every effort to find a replacement booking however, should we not find a replacement booking a BASIC SHOW FEE WILL BE PAYABLE.
